Recipe of the day

Mama to three girls, Lily, Olive, and Lucie, my LOL squad. I am a food and lifestyle creator, recipe developer, baker, and creative director.

I live in Manhattan Beach, California, with my husband and children. I have spent more than a decade creating content both on television and online.

I love to travel. I dream of having a second home in Europe. I love the sound of rain, fresh bread, Pinot Noir, hot coffee in a paper cup, gummy bears, and going to Disneyland far more often than most adults probably should. I’m obsessively organized, believe strongly in fate, and will forever love I Love Lucy. I don’t like scary movies. Pumpkin pie makes me gag, and so do people who don’t say thank you when you hold the door open for them.

I love confident girls, whimsical details, and people who aren’t afraid to follow their dreams.

I was raised to always doubt myself, so I made it a priority to teach my daughters to follow their hearts. I used to think life was something you could perfectly plan. I’ve learned that sometimes the parts you never planned become the most joyful moments.

So here’s to being imperfect. To never settling for just OK. To less stuff and more happiness, less worry and more travel, making ordinary moments beautiful, and always taking the high road because the view really is better.
