Creamy Wasabi Butter Lettuce Salad

This salad is crunchy, spicy, creamy, and delicious. I know it sounds strange to have wasabi in a dressing, but it's literally the best combo. Paired with the apple slices and walnuts it's honestly just perfection.

Creamy Wasabi Butter Lettuce Salad

Ingredients
Live Living Butter Lettuce
1/2 cup halved walnuts
1 Fugi apple (thinly sliced .... thinly)
1/4 cup cheddar croutons
1 hard boiled egg (sliced)

Dressing Ingredients
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 1/2 to 2 teaspoons prepared wasabi (depending on your heat level)

Directions
1. Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, and wasabi (If you want a low-fat version of this by all means use low-fat mayo and sour cream) - If you want to thin out the dressing add 1 tbs of buttermilk.

2. In a large bowl tear up your live butter leaves and toss in your walnut halves, apple slices, croutons, and egg slices. Give everything a good toss with the dressing and serve!
