Cadbury Creme Egg Brownies

Sugarrrrrrrrrr.

O to the M to the G.

These are freaking delicious.

Cadbury Creme Egg Brownies

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
* 8-10 Mini Cadbury Eggs

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and grease and flour an 8-inch square pan.

2. In a large saucepan, melt 1/2 cup butter. Remove from heat, and stir in sugar, eggs (not Cadbury eggs), and 1 teaspoon vanilla.

3. Beat in 1/3 cup cocoa, 1/2 cup flour, salt, and baking powder. Spread batter into prepared pan.

4. Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Do not overcook.

5. Let cool just a bit. Using a sharp knife, slice your mini Cadbury eggs in half and place one half on each brownie and let it melt down a tad into the brownie. Don't place them on immediately after they are out of the oven as they will completely melt. Wait several minutes till the start to cool. Slice and serve.
