Chicken Lasagna Roll Ups

Chicken Lasagna Roll Ups


Instructions
3 cups cooked ground chicken
¼ cup milk
1 cup Ricotta cheese
¼ cup mozzarella cheese
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
¼ tsp black pepper
½ tsp kosher salt
1 tsp onion powder
¼ tsp garlic powder
2 ½ cups pasta sauce
8 lasagna noodles, cooked & drained

Directions
1. In medium bowl combine chicken, milk, cheeses, salt, pepper, onion & garlic powders
2. Spread ½ cup mixture on each lasagna noodle. Roll jelly-roll fashion
3. Spread 1 ½ cups pasta sauce in a 13" X 9" baking dish
4. Arrange lasagna rolls, seam side down in sauce in the baking dish
5. Top with remaining pasta sauce
6. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes
7. Top with additional parmesan and mozzarella cheese if desired and bake for an additional 5 minutes
8. Dig in!
