Skull Caprese

10 minute Caprese Crostini 💀

Ingredients

Mozzarella balls, cherry size

Basil

Tomato

Olive oil

Kosher salt

Balsamic vinegar

Skull mold

Directions

1. Preheat your oven to 350F.

2. Place one mozzarella ball into each mold and place in oven for 3-5 minutes. DO NOT overcook. You are simply warming up the cheese ever so slightly. Remove and gently pat down into mold. Do not smash the cheese or break it. It doesn’t need to even fill the mold. It just needs to be pressed in enough that it takes the shape.

3. Freeze for three minutes then remove from mold and place on toasted bread with a slice of tomato and fresh basil.

4. Drizzle with balsamic and serve.
