Chocolate Strawberry Roses šŸ„€šŸ“ and a little fresh mint if youā€™re feeling fancy šŸ˜‰ This is a cute gift idea for Valentineā€™s Day or just an easy sweet treat.

Ingredients

Melted chocolate or chocolate melts

Food coloring gels

Small Strawberries

Rose mold

Wood skewers

Mint Plant (optional)

Directions

  1. Melt your chocolate or chocolate melts in a glass cup or measuring cup at 30 second intervals, stirring in between.

  2. Push a wood skewer through all your strawberries on the stem side. Be careful not to go all the way through. ** If your strawberries are extra long you can cut the tip so it sits in the mold more nicely.

  3. Spoon melted chocolate into your rose mold until itā€™s filled half way, then dip your chocolate into the melted chocolate and press into the mold. Itā€™s ok if you lay the strawberries at an angle. It doesnā€™t matter when they come out of the mold. I did some straight up and others at an angle in my IG video above.

  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm. Remove from molds. Enjoy!
