4 Ingredient Caramel Apple Dip
This is part of my series where I take recipes from antique stores and I try them out, and I was pleasantly surprised with this recipe! There is actually no caramel in the recipe. I drizzled some on top to make it pretty, but the brown sugar is what makes the dip taste caramel-like. Let’s make N. McDonald’s Carmel Apple Dip. Scroll down for the recipe.
Caramel Apple Dip

Chopped salted pecans, optional

In a medium bowl, using a hand mixer, combine room temperature cream cheese, both sugars, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth.
Drizzle with caramel if desired and chopped salted pecans. Serve with cold tart green apple slices and cookies.
