What you need
(2) $14 packages Tipiak Macarons (qty: 36 ea) from Costco or (2) $16.49 Delizza Macarons (qty: 36 ea) from Smart and Final
1/2 cup Stabilized whipped cream or similar
1 cup Mint leaves

Gold edible pearls: https://amzn.to/3ZLmR7x
Edible gold dust: https://amzn.to/4f9zv4O
Melted chocolate or frosting (to attach the ornament tops to the macarons)
Directions
Using a tooth pick on the bottom of the pb cup, dip the top and sides of each mini peanut butter cup into edible gold dust and shake any excess dust into the jar so it doesn’t go to waste. Set aside.
Melt 3oz of chocolate in the microwave at 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted.
Dab some chocolate on the bottom of a mini peanut butter cup and attach to all the macarons.
On a circular tray pipe or spread some light stabilized whipped cream or frosting onto the outer edges of your tray. Don’t use a heavy frosting because it will compete with the macaron flavor. Layer your macarons around the tray and finish with mint leaves and edible pearls.
