Ground pepper to taste

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Directions

  1. Heat a grill pan on medium heat for 1-2 minutes while you slice two peaches into bite size chunks. Drizzle 1 tsp of olive oil on your peaches and add to your hot pan. Grill for two minutes then flip and grill the other side. Once slightly charred remove from grill and set aside.

  2. Toast your bread and assemble on a plate. Tear one burrata ball in half and gently spread on both slices of toast. Add hot peaches and sprinkle with toasted pine nuts, red pepper flakes, ground pepper, flake salt, 2-3 basil leaves and then drizzle with honey. Enjoy immediately!
