Fourth of July Frozen Wine Cocktails

Frozen Wine Cocktails with Stella Rosa! These are a must-have for your Fourth of July party! I layered 3 different types of @stellarosa wine and frozen fruit for the most refreshing summer drink. The sweet frozen fruit paired with the sparkling wine is absolutely delicious. Make ahead, then serve when your guests arrive. Recipe below!

Fourth of July Frozen Wine Cocktails

Ingredients

1 cup Stella Rosa Red

2 cups frozen raspberries

2 cups frozen strawberries

1 cup Stella Rosa Blueberry

4 cups frozen blue berries

Blue food Coloring gel

1 cup Stella Rosa Moscato D'Asti

4 cups lemon sorbet (homemade or store bought)

Directions

  1. Blend 2 cups raspberries and 2 cups strawberries with 1 cup Stella Rosa Red until smooth and thick. Add to a container and store in freezer for 2 hours.

  2. Blend 4 cups frozen blueberries with 1 cup Stella Rosa Blueberry until smooth and thick. Add to a container and store in freezer for 2 hours.

  3. Blend 4 cups of lemon sorbet with 1 cup Stella Rosa Moscato D’Asti until smooth and thick. Add to a container and store in freezer for 2 hours.

  4. Layer your drinks when ready to serve. Blueberry mixture on the bottom, followed by white lemon mixture, and finally, the red berry mixture on top.

    ** These can be made ahead, but if freezing the containers for longer than 2-3 hours you will need to let the containers defrost for 45 minutes or until pourable. Do not fill to the top of your containers if you plan on leaving in the freezer overnight.
