Cuban Sliders

Ingredients

12 Kings Hawaiian rolls *Do not seperate

1/2 lb Maple Ham

1/4 lb shredded pork (optional)

Swiss cheese (4 slices)

@kaylinandkaylin Spicy dill pickle chips

1 tbsp minced white onion (or dried)

1/4 cup butter, melted

1 tbsp dijon mustard

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 325°F

2. Grease 9×13 baking pan or line with parchment. Set aside.

3. Cut Hawaiian rolls in half by removing the top layer and placing the bottom layer of rolls in the baking pan. * Do not separate each roll.

4. Layer the ham, (shredded pork, optional), Swiss cheese, and pickles. Place the top layer of rolls on top.

5. In a small bowl combine white onion, melted butter, and mustard. Mix well and brush on top layer of buns.

6. Cover with foil and bake on the middle rack for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 12-15 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden brown.

** Tips: Make double the Dijon butter dressing if you want some extra dipping deliciousness after they are cooked. These reheat beautifully. Simply pop in the oven at 325 degrees with foil for about 10 minutes.
