Biscoff S’mores

Boujee Biscoff S’mores 🍫 Just Because 🤤 I dipped my s’mores in melted cookie butter, but you could also layer the cookie butter inside. Add sprinkles to the top and make them festive or leave as is. Silicone mold is linked below!

Ingredients

4 cups semi or milk chocolate chips (2 14oz bags)

1 cup Marshmallow Fluff

Biscoff Cookies

Directions

  1. Melt your chocolate at 30 second intervals in the microwave, stirring in between, until completely melted. Add two tablespoons to each cavity. Tap on the counter until you have a smooth chocolate base. You can use a spatula to drag the chocolate up the sides of the mold a bit.

  2. Add two Biscoff cookies to the chocolate and 1 tablespoon of marshmallow fluff. Allow the fluff to spread across the cookies then sandwich two more Biscoff cookies on top. Pour remaining chocolate over the top and tap on the counter or use a spatula to smooth out the chocolate.

  3. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Enjoy!
