Summer Pineapple Prosecco Punch

This Summer Pineapple Prosecco Punch is so refreshing for summer. You could also add raspberries or fresh strawberries. The fruit is delicious to eat when it soaks with the Prosecco. Recipe below!

Ingredients

2 cups pineapple juice, chilled

1 cup orange juice, chilled

1 sprig of fresh mint

½ cup fresh pineapple chunks, or frozen

1 orange, thinly sliced

1/2 lemon, thinly sliced

750 mL bottle Prosecco, chilled

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients, except Prosecco to a glass pitcher. Stir and store in the refrigerator.

  2. When ready to serve add entire bottle of Prosecco to the punch or strain punch into individual glasses and top with prosecco.
