The Best Monster S’mores Cookies

These monster mash s’mores cookies are the perfect Halloween treat! Graham cracker base, loads of chocolate, gooey marshmallow, cookie dough top. Super sweet. Meant to be shared. Recipe below!

Ingredients

6-8 Graham cracker halves

6-8 large marshmallows (or Halloween Peeps)

3 Hershey Bars

1 package Nestle Tollhouse Cookie dough

Candy googley eyes

Directions

  1. Break 3 Graham crackers in half and line the 6 crackers on a parchment lined baking sheet.

  2. Place a two piece rectangle of Hershey chocolate on each Graham cracker, followed by one peep marshmallow.

  3. Place a large scoop of cookie dough directly on top of the marshmallow and press cookie dough carefully around the marshmallow and graham cracker so the marshmallow peeks through a bit. Make sure the cookie dough does not slide off your marshmallow. I like to tuck some cookie dough underneath the graham cracker so it really sticks.

  4. Refrigerate on the baking sheet for 20 minutes while you preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees F. Remove and let cool for 15 minutes. Add googley candy eyes and enjoy.

    Tip ** If your cookie dough is too warm after you make your cookies, freeze your s’mores cookies directly on the sheet pan for 15 minutes before placing in the oven so they don’t spread out too fast while baking.
