Creamsicle Float

One of my favorite go-to Sunday brunch cocktails is the Mimosa. This is essentially a more decadent mimosa because we added a big scoop of vanilla ice cream. The ice cream makes the cocktail so creamy and delicious. You will absolutely love it.

Introducing the Creamsicle Float 🍊

Ingredients

1 scoop vanilla Ice cream

Large splash of orange juice

Prosecco or Champagne

Orange slice for garnish

Directions

  1. Fill desired glass 1/4 of the way with fresh orange juice.

  2. Add large scoop of ice cream.

  3. Top with Prosecco or Champagne. Be careful as the ice cream will foam quite a bit. Garnish with orange slice and serve immediately.
