I layered strawberries with more strawberries, followed by chocolate dipped strawberries, macarons, chocolate bark, and mint leaves. As always, get creative with your wreath. Copy mine or add cookies or truffles. Serve with melted chocolate or fresh whipped cream. Scroll down for the recipe.

* My platter is older so the brass has a natural patina. If you serve food on the brass it will slowly make marks and darken naturally.
Ingredients (For a 14-16β platter)
3lbs of strawberries, washed & dried
1lb chocolate covered strawberries
8-10 Green or Red Macarons
One large bundle of mint
12oz Chocolate bark
Whipped cream
Directions
Place a small bowl in the middle of your platter and layer strawberries all around the bowl. Place chocolate covered strawberries throughout the other strawberries.
Tuck macarons and chocolate bark into the crevices of the strawberries.
Remove bowl and tuck mint leaves under the middle layer of strawberries as well as along the edges of the strawberry wreath. Serve with whipped cream. I dusted my whipped cream with cocoa powder.
