3 ingredient whipped honey brie. Such an easy and delicious appetizer!
Ingredients
- 16 ounces brie (2 lg wheels), cold
- Honeycomb
- Fresh rosemary
- Rustic bread, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
Instructions
- If serving with bread, preheat your oven to 350 degrees and slice a baguette into 1/4" thick slices. Lay bread slices on a sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with kosher salt. Bake for 6 minutes until slightly golden brown.
- Using very cold brie, cut off the rind and discard. Add brie to a food processor or blender.
- Pulse until smooth and creamy, about 5 minutes, scraping down the sides as needed. Transfer to a small plate or bowl.
- Top whipped brie with rosemary sprigs and a good-sized piece of honeycomb. Drizzle with a small amount of honey and serve with sliced rustic bread.
Notes
TIP: Freeze your brie for 20 minutes until chilled. It will be easier to cut off your rind.
