Monster Mash S’mores Cookies

These monster mash s’mores cookies are the perfect Halloween treat! Graham cracker base, loads of chocolate, gooey marshmallow, cookie dough top. Super sweet. Meant to be shared 😉

Ingredients (for 6 cookies)

3 Graham crackers, halved

2 Hershey’s chocolate bars

Peeps Brand marshmallows

Approx. 1/2 lb Nestle Tollhouse cookie dough

Halloween M&M’s

Halloween sprinkles (optional)

Directions

  1. Mix cookie dough and m&m’s in a bowl and set aside.

  2. Break 3 Graham crackers in half and line the 6 crackers on a parchment lined baking sheet.

  3. Place a three piece rectangle of Hershey chocolate on each Graham cracker, followed by one peep marshmallow.

  4. Place a large scoop of cookie dough directly on top of the marshmallow and the chocolate and the Graham cracker. It should be one large stack.

  5. Press cookie dough carefully around the marshmallow and Graham cracker so the marshmallow peeks through a bit. Make sure the cookie dough does not slide off your marshmallow.

  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees F. Remove and let cool for 15 minutes before eating.

Tip ** If your cookie dough is too warm after you make your cookies, freeze your s’mores cookies directly on the sheet pan for 15 minutes before placing in the oven so they don’t spread out too fast while baking.
