Outshine Ornament Cocktails
Makes: 6 Ornament Cocktails
What you need
2 boxes Outshine Mini Fruit Pops (Strawberry, Lime, and Raspberry)
Silicone Ice Molds: https://amzn.to/3VgUJqg
6 candy Dots (or similar candy gummy)
6 cheerios
Edible gold dust: https://amzn.to/49hmAfS
Prosecco or Sparking water
Directions
Add 4 Outshine mini fruit pops to a blender and blend until thick and creamy. Do not blend until liquid or it will separate in the mold. (Each silicone mold linked above will fit four mini popsicles.) Pour thick blended popsicle mixture into one of the molds and continue with remaining molds. Freeze for 6 hours or preferably overnight.
When ready to serve, cut 6 candy dots in half and with a toothpick stuck in the bottom of the sliced dot, roll the top of the candy dots in edible glitter. Do not cover the sliced sticky part of the candy dots (this is what sticks to the fruit ornament).
Roll cheerios in glitter as well and press into the top of the glitter dot. (See image below) You can slice into the dot a bit for the Cheerio to really “stick”. Remove fruit pop ornaments from freezer and carefully pop out of the silicone molds. Place in a glass and top with Prosecco or sparkling water. Place an ornament top on each fruit pop ornament before serving.
