Green Goddess Chicken Wrap

Green Goddess Chicken Crunch Wraps 🥬 Cake all day one day, and healthy lettuce wraps the next. It’s all about that balance, right 😉 This dressing is delicious and I like to add a spoonful on each bite but you could also mix the chicken right in with the dressing before wrapping. You can also skip the broccoli sprouts and avo and sub croutons and Caesar dressing to make a delicious chicken Caesar salad wrap 😋 RECIPE below!

(Makes 2 Wraps)

Wrap Ingredients

6oz seasoned chicken breast

1 avocado, thinly sliced

4 large pieces of iceberg lettuce or Bib lettuce (2 per wrap)

4 ounces fresh mozzarella, Parmesan flakes, or preferred cheese

¼ English cucumber, thinly sliced

1/4 cups broccoli sprouts

1/2 shallot, thinly sliced

Kosher salt

Ground black pepper

2-3 tablespoons GG Dressing

Green Goddess Sauce Ingredients

(Blend everything together)

1 cup whole milk Greek yogurt

Juice from 1/2 lemon (about 2 tablespoons)

3/4 cup parsley

1 cup mixed herbs, dill, tarragon and/or cilantro

2 tablespoons chopped chives

1 tablespoon quality olive oil

1-2 garlic cloves

¼ teaspoon Kosher salt

Freshly ground black pepper
