Key Lime Pie Dip
Ingredients
(2) 8oz blocks of Cream Cheese, room temp.
1 can (14oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk
Zest of 2 Key limes
1/2 cup Key lime juice (you can also use regular limes if that’s what you have)
1/4 cup powdered sugar
Graham crackers (for serving)
** If you prefer a sweeter dip, add one teaspoon of vanilla extract with the powdered sugar. Try it before you add. **
Directions
In a large bowl mix cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, sugar, and zest. Mix with a handled mixer until smooth and creamy. Taste and see if you want to add a little more sweeter. Add some more zest on top.
Freeze for one hour and serve with graham crackers. ** The longer you freeze the firmer the dip will be.
