Peanut Butter and Strawberry French Toast

I painted my Connect Four. I used 4 cans of ivory spray paint to cover the plastic. You would need less for the wood version below. I purchased the original giant connect four for $89 from Costco here: Outdoor Connect Four

Peanut Butter & Strawberry French Toast


Ingredients

Rudis Peanut Butter & Strawberry Sandos

4 large eggs

2/3 cup milk

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Directions

  1. Preheat griddle to medium heat. and bring your Sandos to almost room temp.

  2. Add all ingredients (except the sandos) to a blender or to a shallow dish and whisk well to combine.

  3. Dip Sandos into the batter, dredging them well on both sides, and place on hot, greased griddle or skillet.

  4. Cook for a few minutes, until the bottom of the breads starts to get golden brown. Flip and cook on the other side the same. 

  5. Remove to a plate. Serve warm with syrup and dust with powdered sugar.
