DIY Lollipop Valentines

DIY Lollipop Valentines πŸ’˜ This is a super easy project and you can really use any recycled paper or plastic plates you like. Make sure to use a firm straw or dowel for the lollipop stick πŸ’˜ I filled mine with two mini candy lip glosses, but you could also fill with candy etc.

What you need

6-9” plastic or paper plates: https://amzn.to/40uhPwL

9” straws or wood dowels: https://amzn.to/4fQyT4l

Clear tape

Hot glue

Daye and Co. Shred

Iridescent Cello or tissue paper: https://amzn.to/3WdFa32

Ribbon

Felt hearts

Items to fill the lollipop

Tips

πŸ’˜ A low temp. glue gun works better with these recycled plastic plates because it won’t melt the plate when you add the straw.

πŸ’˜ I used heavy duty straws for this project, because I wanted to be able to actually hold the lollipop upright. A dowel would work well too.

πŸ’˜ I used 6” clear plastic plates ($0.50 per) in this video because I had them leftover from a birthday. I have also made this with colored paper plates and firm Agave straws.
