Biscoff Easter Cookies

Biscoff Lotus Easter Cookies πŸ₯• Sometimes I like a good semi-handmade situation. Store bought cookies + some flair. This is that. That is this. You get my point πŸ₯•

Ingredients:

@lotusbiscoffus cookies

@ghirardelli white chocolate (12oz)

Food coloring gels

Directions:

1. Cut the bottom half of your Biscoff cookies at a slant so they resemble a carrot. (Tip: Gently press your fingers down on the center of the cookie while using a large knife to cut off the sides. Your cookie won’t break with this method.)

2. Melt your white chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave at 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until melted.

3. Separate your white chocolate into two bowls and add orange food coloring gel to one bowl and green to the other bowl. Stir to incorporate. If your chocolate seizes when you add the coloring simply add one teaspoon of vegetable shortening or coconut oil.

4. Using a piping bag, pipe the orange chocolate horizontally across the bottom half of the cookie and the green on the top portion in a vertical pattern. Let dry. Store in an airtight container.
