Four Ingredient Chocolate Truffles
Classic Brigadeiros. Made with only four ingredients, this Brazilian sweet is easy to make and so delicious. The key is to continuously stir the fudge-like mixture on low to medium heat until it thickens. Roll in sprinkles and serve! I partnered with Vanity Fair Napkins on this post because their napkins elevate any special occasion and they are perfect for holding this sweet treat! Scroll down for the recipe.

Pour into a shallow greased dish and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Roll the chilled mixture into balls then roll in chocolate sprinkles. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Cut a couple liner into a rough flower shape and plant the inside of the cupcake liner. Place on a baking sheet and freeze for ten minutes. Remove the paper liner and place a brigadeiro inside the flower cup.
