Cranberry Holiday Mimosas
Ingredients
Langers or Ocean Spray White Cranberry Juice
Water

Prosecco or Champagne
Snowflake mold:

** Tips: My snowflake mold is very thin so you need to add water and fill to the brim of the mold to make the snowflake more sturdy otherwise it will crack when removing it from the mold.
Directions
Place all your snowflake molds on a stable baking sheet and clear out a shelf in your freezer.
Pour 1 tsp of water into each snowflake cavity (this helps with keeping the snowflake firm) and top with white cranberry juice. Sprinkle with diamond dust and mix with the back of a wooden spoon or stick. Make sure to fill to the brim of the mold. Freeze overnight.
When ready to serve remove snowflakes from molds CAREFULLY and add one snowflake to each glass. Top with Prosecco.
