3 Ingredient Raspberry Bagels

3 INGREDIENT Raspberry Bagels
** You can substitute chocolate chips, strawberries, or blueberries for the raspberries, and you may use Greek yogurt instead of bananas if you have allergies **
Servings: 8 heart bagels
INGREDIENTS
2 cups Self-Rising Flour
4 very ripe large bananas (1 1/4 cups)
3/4 cup strawberries or raspberries (fresh and dry), chopped
** To make your own self rising flour just use this basic formula: For every 1 cup of all-purpose flour (or gluten free flour), add 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon fine salt. Whisk the ingredients thoroughly in a large bowl and store your self-rising flour in an airtight container in the pantry.

Butter, Cream cheese, or Peanut butter
DIRECTIONS
In a large mixing bowl, combine self-rising flour and mashed bananas. Mix very well with a spatula then fold in your berries. You don’t want to smash your berries. The dough will be very sticky. If you have very large bananas you can add another 1/4 cup of flour.
Line your air fryer tray or baking sheet with parchment paper AND grease with nonstick spray. You must grease the parchment paper! Preheat to 350 degrees F.
Divide the dough into 8 scoops using a melon scooper. You can also use an ice cream scoop and make 4-6 large bread rounds. Shape into hearts once on the sprayed parchment.
Air fry at 350°F (180°C) for 12-15 minutes (on the middle rack if using an oven shaped air fryer) or bake in oven for 20-24 minutes or until golden brown on the tops.
Remove from air fryer and let cool. Slice and enjoy or place in the toaster and serve with cream cheese.
